No Lemon Guarantees*

Our No Lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against installation errors, equipment defects, and major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including:

Gas Furnace*: If the heat exchanger fails on your new premier furnace within Ten (10) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE.

Air Conditioner/Heat Pump*: If the compressor fails on your new premier air conditioner or heat pump within Ten (10) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE.

Water Heaters*: If the tank fails on your new premier water heater within Ten (10) years of installation, we will replace the entire water heater absolutely FREE.

2-Year Performance Guarantee*

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to two (2) years after the installation, Comfortmaster will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Comfortmaster will replace the equipment - absolutely Free.
